Do your covers come with filling?
No, just the cover! Think of it like buying a cute duvet cover without the duvet. You get to choose the beans yourself – most big stores sell beans eg kmart, target, bunnings etc
How much filling do I need?
Each cover has a recommended fill amount in the description. As a guide: The chair lounger needs about 180 litres, and our matching footstools 20 litres.
(Tip: Don’t overfill – a little slouch makes it extra comfy!)
Are your covers safe for children?
Yes! All our covers have child-safety zippers, so little curious fingers can’t get to the beans. You’ll just need a paperclip or safety pin to open it however make sure this is removed once finished filling, topping up or emptying.
What age are they for?
Our covers are designed for ages 1–8, but toddlers should always be supervised.
(Bonus: bigger kids and even parents sneak a sit sometimes!)
Care
Are the covers machine washable?
Yes – because life with kids = spills, crumbs, and sticky hands!
I recommend spot cleaning your bean bag for regular maintenance. If a deeper clean is necessary, empty filling using the mesh transfer bag provided and pop the cover in the wash on a COLD, GENTLE machine wash cycle. Always air dry in the shade - do not tumble dry or dry clean.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship to New Zealand and Australia, but we’re working on expanding so more little ones can enjoy them.
How long does shipping take?
Once I’ve packed up your goodies, standard shipping takes around 2-7 business days (depending on where you live). Please see shipping policy for more details:
Can I return or exchange a cover?
Of course – as long as it’s unused and in original condition within X days. We get it – sometimes kids change their minds faster than you can say “snack time.”

Yes! We offer Zip and Afterpay, so you can pay for your bean bag cover in smaller, easy instalments.
